Rabbit Residence Rescue

Charity description

Rabbit Residence Rescue logo
The Rabbit Residence Rescue, based in Hertfordshire, takes in, rehabilitates and rehomes abandoned and unwanted rabbits.

The Rabbit Residence Rescue, is situated in the village of Great Chishill on the Cambs/Herts boarders.

It was founded over 20 years ago by Caroline Collings and became a registered charity in 2012.

The charity cares for around 100 rabbits on its third of an acre site with all rabbits living in spacious accommodation which meets or exceeds requirements recommended by The Rabbit Welfare Association.

In 2017 we rescued, rehabilitated and rehomed just under 100 rabbits.

We also provide sanctuary to those rabbits who are unable to be rehomed due to health or behavioural issues as we never put a happy rabbit to sleep.

Charity No: 1148016
