Raise the Roof at King Jesus Charity Home

King Jesus Charity Home in Kumasi, Ghana, needs a new roof at a cost of £10,000.  The current flat, concrete roof is crumbling and leaking and the cost of replacing it with a timber frame supporting aluminium sheets, plus repairing the damage to the ceilings below, is estimated at £10,000.

When it rains - and it rains heavily in Kumasi - the water leaks into the dormitories and the children have to put out buckets and bowls to catch the drips.

Can you help? Perhaps you could organise a fundraising event, eg coffee morning, table top or car boot sale, tombola, social event, or simply make a donation.  Let's Raise the Roof and provide watertight dormitories for the children.
