The Johnson Family
As we say goodbye to James, you may wish to remember and honour him by making a donation to help others affected by Young Sudden Cardiac Death
Raising money for
Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY)
James Johnson was a beloved son, amazing brother & a loyal friend. After suffering a cardiac arrest whilst on holiday with the family in Croatia, he fell into a coma before tragically passing away on August 26th, 2017.
After 18 wonderful years, he left without a goodbye, but memories of James will never fade away. His life will forever be a beautiful, everlasting memory that we are lucky to have and hold in our hearts. His absence will be an aching, silent grief shared amongst his many friends and loving family that he touched in a way only James could.
He left too soon, but we hope that in his memory we can raise money to support awareness and help others through the devastating impact of YSCD (Young Sudden Cardiac Death). CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young) supports young people diagnosed with potentially life-threatening cardiac conditions and offers bereavement support to families affected by YSCD.
Thank you for your support
